Returns / Withdrawal
We hope that you are satisfied with your order! If this is not the case, you can exchange or return your purchased items within two weeks of delivery.
Please send the articles to the address below and keep the dispatch receipts, tracking number for any potential queries. Alert us about the return delivery and send us the tracking link that we can pick up the package in case if it gets deposited in a parcel store.

- Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the goods will be at your expense and that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us.
- Choose a shipping service provider that allows you to track the package, ie. a shipment with tracking. It can be the postal service, DHL or another parcel service provider.
- Note that the supplied goods will be examined – comparable with trying them on in a real store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
- Once the merchandise has been checked by us and we approve the perfect condition of the item, we refund the money to the payment medium you used, either Credit card or Paypal.
Exchanges:
Exchanges of size or colour will be processed as if you place a new order. Once we receive the goods a refund is issued to your payment medium, you used before.
Refusal of receiving the shipment:
If you choose to refuse the receipt of your order, or are not picking up your package from the delivery station or post office, you will be responsible for the caused expense of the shipping fees paid by us. The amount, excluding these shipping fees, will be refunded to you once the package will be returned to us. The costs of a re-shipment are borne by the customer. We have additional work and costs.
Returns but free shipping:
You may have received your shipping gratis. If the client returns the goods, the customer will carry the shipping cost in retropective. The amount paid by Livit Jewelry for the shipping, will be deducted from the reimbursement, the purchasing value of the goods. Please understand that the compilation of the package, the return, bookkeeping, the mailing, as well as the communication with the customer will involve time and work.
