How can I check the status of my jewelry order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your jewelry shipment and see delivery updates. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your parcel. If you have a registered customer account, you can also view your order status anytime by signing in.
What happens if a jewelry item is sold out?
If a piece of jewelry is out of stock, please contact us through our contact form. We'll reach out to the artisan or manufacturer and let you know if the item will be restocked or made available again.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Can I cancel or modify my jewelry order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update or cancel it upon request. Please contact us immediately through our contact form with your name and order number. Because we ship most orders quickly - often within a few hours - once a package has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel or alter it.
Which delivery carriers do you use?
Most shipments are sent via the postal service as registered mail, requiring a signature upon delivery for security. Others are shipped with UPS.
What is your jewelry return policy?
You may return the jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’re unsatisfied or changed your mind, please notify us first. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped via a trackable method at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued for the product price (excluding shipping) to the original payment method. Please note: we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
How do I find the correct ring size?
To find the correct ring size, measure either your finger or a ring that already fits well, then compare the measurement with a ring size table or a ring size chart. For best accuracy, measure in the evening when your fingers are slightly larger, which is also true at warm temperatures. Please refer to the ring size chart. Here we describe various methods for determining your correct ring size.
Does the ring style affect size?
Yes. Chunky or wide-ring settings take up more space on the finger. Our size guide adjusts for these differences to ensure a correct and comfortable fit.
Of what materials consists your jewelry?
Lots of our jewelry pieces are silver-plated: crafted of Zamak (a zinc alloy with Aluminum, Magnesium, Copper), afterwards the jewel is silver-plated with precious metals (like sterling silver or 18k gold), applied for aesthetics and protection. The premium metal blend, in combination with silver and gold provides you a high-quality jewelry jewelry piece, which will last for pleasurable moments. In addition, we carry sterling silver 925 jewelry, as well as 999 Pure silver creations.
Where is your jewelry made?
All our jewelry is proudly handcrafted in Spain.
Does our jewelry tarnish?
All metals, including silver- and gold-plated pieces, naturally tarnish over time. Proper care and storage will minimize oxidation and maintain brilliance.
How should I clean and store my jewelry?
Use a soft cotton cloth to gently polish your jewelry. For deeper cleaning, use a silver polishing cloth occasionally; avoid frequent use to preserve plating.
Storage: Always dry and polish items before storing. Keep jewelry away from light, air, and humidity. Store each piece in a sealed plastic bag inside a jewelry box or container.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or adhesive issues. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage from misuse or chemicals. For claims, contact us via our contact form.
Do you offer jewelry repair services?
We currently do not offer general repairs. However, if your jewelry is within the 2-year warranty period, the manufacturer may repair eligible items. Please contact us for assistance.
