Product Information and Payment terms:
All products displayed on our Web Site may be available, depending on the stock situation.  The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in Euros and include the spanish sales tax. The order has to be pre-paid and can be settled by credit card, Paypal or, if you wish by bank transfer.

Shipping And Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 

Shipping cost, delivery times and returns
Delivery:

The parcel will be dispatched on day after the order, if you placed your order before 8 pm. 
As a delivery courier we use the postal service. All packages are being sent as a ceritfied mail with prove of delivery.

Delivery times:

Delivery times depend on where the goods are being shipped, and can vary depending on the destination.
For the European Union members, it lasts 5 to 15 days, for countries outside the European Union, the delivery time will be from one week to 30 days. It could be even longer if the goods are being held up at Customs.
It is in our interest that you receive the package as quick as possible. LIVIT JEWELRY BARCELONA cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination where the order is to be delivered. However, we charge a flat rate, nevertheless of how many items you buy. For sales outside the European Union, you are solely responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. You should call your local customs office for more information on potential taxes, duties, charges, and fees before you place your order.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number within two workdays. Please use it to follow the delivery process. If the package takes more than the posted time frame, please contact us. Parcels that can not be delivered will be sent back to us. The post office has a retention period of 7 - 14 days, then the parcel goes back. The costs of a re-shipment are borne by the customer. We have additional work and costs.

Returns:

Before making a return, you should consider that you bought a handmade product. This means that colours or shapes of some items may slightly vary from the images that appear on our website. Customers have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the merchandise. The product can be returned by any courier that provides proof of postage.

The customer is responsible for any cost incurred in returning the product.

Refusal of receiving the shipment:

If you choose to refuse the receipt of your order, or are not picking up your package from the delivery station or post office, you will be responsible for the caused expense of the shipping fees paid by us. The amount, excluding these shipping fees, will be refunded to you once the package will be returned to us. The costs of a re-shipment are borne by the customer. We have additional work and costs.


Returns and free shipping:

You may have received your shipping gratis. If the client returns the goods, the customer will carry the shipping cost in retropective. The amount paid by Livit Trading S.L for the shipping, will be deducted from the reimbursement, the purchasing value of the goods.

Once the item has been checked and ensured that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price, although no refund will be made for delivery costs relating to the original order.

The product must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered, including original packaging and labels.

The refund for the purchase price will be made via the same payment method used for purchasing the item.


We do not accept returns or repairs for product that were not bought through our store.


Reclamations: Most of our packages will be delivered by the postal service via certified letter. If the package does not arrive in the posted time frame, which happens in rare occations, please contact us. We will try to find out the circumstances and will place a reclamation with the postal service. The investigation differs from case to case and it may take some time until we get a response from the post office. After two months, however, the case will be closed and you will receive a refund from us. Thus, there is no need to worry. You will get either the goods or the money. We just ask you to be a little bit patient, since we depend on others.
