Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card

• PayPal

• Bank transfer (prepayment upon request)

All listed prices are inclusive of Spanish sales tax (IVA).

Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 CET will be dispatched the same day. Deliveries are sent via certified mail using the national postal service and include proof of delivery for your convenience and security.

Delivery Timelines:

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• European Union: 5–14 working days

• Non-EU Countries: 10–30 working days

Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. Livit Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by destination but charged as a flat rate, regardless of the number of items purchased.

For shipments outside the European Union:

• Customers are responsible for any additional delivery charges, import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

• We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office prior to placing an order for information regarding applicable import regulations and costs.

Important Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States & Puerto Rico

Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations—specifically the suspension of the de minimis import rule by the Trump administration—shipments to the United States have become more expensive for the US customer.

Now all international shipments to the U.S., regardless of value or origin, are subject to import duties and taxes. This may result in increased delivery costs, customs fees and additional import duties as well as extended processing times.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to research the cost of importing.
